Shipping & Delivery Policy

We dispatch from our store at Balanagar, Hyderabad. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.

1. Where we deliver

• Hyderabad and Secunderabad: local delivery by our own or hired vehicle.
• Rest of Telangana and India: by courier or by a transporter of your choice.
• Pickup: you can collect your order from our Balanagar store after we confirm it is ready.

2. Dispatch time

• Items in stock are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after the order and payment (or agreed advance) are confirmed.
• Bulk, project and made-to-order quantities are dispatched by the date given in our quotation.
• We will tell you if any item is delayed or short, and offer part dispatch, an alternative or a refund for that item.

3. Delivery time

After dispatch, local deliveries in Hyderabad usually arrive the same or next working day. Courier deliveries usually take 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, transport strikes or holidays.

4. Freight charges

Freight depends on weight, volume and destination and is shown in your quotation or invoice. For transporter deliveries "to pay", freight is paid by you directly to the transporter.

5. Documents

Every dispatch goes with a GST tax invoice, and an e-way bill where required by law. Business buyers should make sure the GSTIN and delivery address on the order are correct.

6. Receiving your goods

• Please count the packages and check for visible damage when you receive them, and write any remark on the delivery receipt.
• Report any shortage, damage or wrong item within 7 days of delivery with photos and the invoice number. See our Returns, Replacement & Cancellation Policy.

7. Tracking

For courier shipments we share the courier name and tracking number by email or WhatsApp once dispatched. You can also check order status in your account.
