Returns, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

1. No returns for change of mind

Fasteners and hardware are supplied in bulk and are often cut, packed or sourced to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were supplied as ordered, ordered by mistake, or are no longer needed.

2. 7-day support for problems

You can report the following within 7 days of delivery:

• Items damaged in transit.
• Short supply (fewer pieces or less weight than invoiced).
• Wrong item, size or grade supplied.
• Manufacturing defects (for example stripped threads or cracked parts).

To report, send the invoice number, a short description and clear photos or a video to +91 90103 43011 (WhatsApp) or shivanibhavanifasteners@gmail.com. Please keep the goods unused and in their packing until we have checked the claim.

3. What we will do

• Once we confirm the problem, usually within 2 working days, we will replace the affected items free of charge or, if replacement is not possible, issue a credit note or refund for those items.
• If we need the items back, we will arrange pickup or pay the return freight.
• Claims reported after 7 days, or for goods that have been used, altered or installed, cannot be accepted except for proven manufacturing defects.

4. Cancelling an order

• You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched, unless the items were cut, procured or packed specially for you, in which case cancellation charges as per the quotation may apply.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Problems with delivered goods are handled under section 2.
• We may cancel an order if items are unavailable, prices cannot be honoured, or payment is not received. Any amount paid is then refunded in full.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer to the buyer's account within 7 working days of approval. For GST-registered buyers, a credit note is issued against the original invoice.
