• Order details: quote requests, orders, invoices and payments.
• Messages: what you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and cookies needed to run the store (login, cart).

2. Why we use it

• To create your trade account and let you sign in.
• To prepare quotes, process orders, deliver goods and issue GST-compliant invoices.
• To meet legal duties such as GST, e-invoicing, e-way bills and accounting records.
• To answer your questions and give after-sales support.
• To improve our website and product range. With your consent, to send offers and updates. You can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with:

• Our software providers, who host our store, ERP and email on our behalf (Zoho Corporation).
• Transporters and courier partners, who need your delivery name, address and phone.
• Banks and payment providers, to process payments.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it (for example the GST portal).

4. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. Invoices and tax records are kept for the period required by GST and income-tax law (generally at least 8 years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Security

Your data is stored with access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or update your details, withdraw consent for marketing, or ask us to delete your account where we are not legally required to keep the data. Most details can be edited in your account. For anything else, contact us below and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in, cart and security, and may use analytics cookies to understand site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the store may stop working.
